This series of photographs is based on the research of scientist Carl Sagan. Sagan studied how the matter in space, as well as the matter from objects on Earth, are made of the same elements that humans are. He took this to a spiritual level and believed that all answers exist in the universe through our connection with everything. These manipulated photos contain elements of scanned earthly objects, photos of spacial matter in our universe, and portraiture to create another world where we are visually connected.
